I’m Natalia. And this blog is my flow zone. We all have one (or more) but sometimes it’s hard to discover yours. Finding that thing/activity that has that “I don’t know what” that takes over you until you completely lose track of time and want to dedicate to it exclusively, sometimes is the result of research trial and error, a risky decision or – as it happened in my case- it’s just the result of coincidence.
This thing of being a blogger crossed my path when I least expected and, although Colorclap was born very naively, it aroused my curiosity and develops through exploration, leading me to “see” with new eyes my day by day and letting me rediscover things that I once took for obvious.
So here I am, letting myself -or at least trying- go with the flow, giving life eternal through photos and words to those moments that are worth collecting.
Yo soy Natalia. Y este blog es mi actividad flow. Todos tenemos una (0 más) pero no siempre es fácil descubrirla. Encontrar esa cosa/actividad que tiene ese “no sé qué” que logra que perdamos completamente la noción del tiempo y a la que desearíamos dedicarnos con exclusividad, a veces es producto de la búsqueda, otras del ensayo y error, inclusive del tomar riesgos o –como pasó en mi caso- sencillamente producto de la casualidad.
Esto de ser blogger se atravesó en mi camino cuando menos lo esperaba y, aunque Colorclap nació muy ingenuamente, despertó mi curiosidad y se transformó con la exploración, llevándome a “ver” con otros ojos mi día a día y permitiéndome redescubrir cosas antes daba por obvias.
Así que aquí estoy, dejándome llevar –o por lo menos intentándolo- por la vida e inmortalizando en palabras e imágenes esos momentos que valen la pena coleccionar.

First, I have to say that this is not my original design, it was created by @nailstorming, one of the most famous nailgrammers, but I liked it so much that I couldn’t resist the idea of recreating it. The only difference is that used a dark tone of fuchsia and matched the nailart with gunmetal accessories.
I hope you like it as much I do.
1. Apply a base coat.
2. Paint three of your nails with two coats of a dark fuchsia polish.
3. For your other two nails use just one single coat of white polish and let it dry.
4. Then, using the original dark fuchsia paint just the half of your white nails and let it dry.
5. For this step you’re going to need a thin nailart brush, using it to make a single line to separate the fuchsia from the white polish.
6. On the white half, using the same thin brush, make a tribal design which basically consist in paint the outline of a triangle.
7. Repeat the last step to fill the blanks.
8. Remove the excess of polish with a brush o cotton swap.
9. And apply a top coat.
Tengo que comenzar diciendo que éste no es uno de mis diseños originales, de hecho fue creado por @nailstorming, una de las nailgrammers más famosas, sin embargo me gustó tanto que no me pude resistir a la idea de recrearlo. Solo hice un pequeño cambió y utilicé un tono fucsia más oscuro y decidí combinar el arte final con accesorios de color plomo.
Espero que les guste tanto como a mi.
1. Aplica una pintura base.
2. Pinta tres de tus uñas con un tono oscuro de fucsia.
3. En tus otras uñas solo aplica una capa de esmalte blanco y déjala secar.
4. Luego, usando el fucsia original, pinta solo la mitad de tus uñas blancas y déjalo secar.
5. Para este paso vas a necesitar una brocha fina, usándola haz una línea delgada que divida la zona blanca de la fucsia.
6. Sobre la mitad blanca, utilizando la misma brocha, haz un diseño tribal, el cual consiste básicamente en pintar un contorno triangular.
7. Repite los contornos hasta que hayas llenado toda la zona blanca.
8. Remueve los excesos utilizando una brocha o hisopo.
9. Y, finalmente, aplica una capa de brillo.
