I’ve been away from blog the last few days, time passes without me noticing and every time I’m gonna sit down to write, something new comes up on this #colortrip. However, today is my last day, so now I’ll take the chance to put everything back in order, and though I’m a little upset to have to go back to reality, I also feel grateful for this three weeks of pure and plain happiness.

As you already know, I made this trip for two weddings, today I want to show you a step by step of the mani that I used for the first one. It was the second time I chose appliques over the usual polish. It is a practical and easy way to win the battle against time. Also, I was very lucky to find a flowers REVLON applique that matched perfectly with my dress, although I have to confess that at fist glance I wasn’t sure about the little touch of fake jewelry that it had, but everything worked out ideally.

And this is how you make an emergency mani.

He tenido un poco abandonado el blog los últimos días, el tiempo pasa sin darme cuenta y cada vez que digo que me voy a sentar a escribir aparece un nuevo plan en este #colortrip. Pero hoy es mi último día, así que decidí poner las cosa en orden, y aunque estoy un poco triste por tener que regresar a la vida real, también estoy super contenta y agradecida por estas tres semanas de plena y puro felicidad.

Como ya sabrán vine a este viaje para dos bodas, hoy les mostraré el paso a paso del manicure que utilicé para la prmera. Por segunda vez opté por las calcomanías o apliques, son una opción realmente práctica y me salvan la vida cada vez que estoy en un corre-corre, además, esta vez corrí con la suerte que encontre unas Revlon que hacían match perfecto con mi vestido, aunque debo confesar que al principio no estaba muy segura de los relives con brillantes que tenían los apliques al final todo resulto ser ideal.

Así que ya saben que hacer para un manicure de emergencia.

1. Preper all the material. Be sure to have the appliques, a nail file and a cuticle stick (All included in Revlon’s set).

1. Prepara todo el material. Ten a la mano las calcomanías, una lima y una corre cutículas (Todo incluido en el set de Revlon).

2. Choose and peel the applique that best fits your nails size.

2. Escoge y despega la calcomanía que mejor se adapte al tamaño de cada una de tus uñas.

3.  Be sure to have your nails clean and dry to stick the applique over your nail without touching the cuticle.

3. Asegúrate de que tus uñas estén limpias y secas para pegar las calcomanías sin que toquen la cutícula.

4. With the help of a cuticle stick, fix the applique.

4. Con la ayuda de un corre cutículas fija correctamente las calcomanías.

5. Then, fold the applique’s excess over your nail.

5. Luego, dobla el exceso de calcomanía sobre tu uña.

6. Use the file in vertical movements (always in the same direcction) to remove the excess.

6. Usa la lima de uñas con movimientos verticales (siempre en la misma dirección) para remover el exceso.

7. That’s it!
